Pricing and Terms for Child Photography

 

All shoots require a minimum sitting fee of $100.00 for up to two subjects to be collected prior to the scheduled session. An additional $25.00 will be charged for each additional subject.

Print Packages

 

All photo sessions require the purchase of a print package. Print size substitutions of equal value are allowed. Packages are not limited to one image. Multiple images may be selected from your gallery in any combination in the included print sizes within the package of your choice.

Terms

 

Payment of the sitting fee is required to secure a date/time for all sessions. In the event that the payment is not received by Dandelion Photography within five business days of booking, sessions are subject to cancellation.

 

Full payment for your preferred package is required on the day of the session before shooting begins. At the time your gallery is posted a voucher code will be issued to you for your package.

 

Cancellations more than two weeks from the scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled with no penalty. Session fees for cancellations within two weeks of the scheduled session are not subject to refund.

 

Rescheduling of sessions is at the sole discretion of Dandelion Photography.

All client galleries will be available for online proofing for a period of two-weeks from the date they are posted. All orders after the expiration of the two week period are subject to an archive retrieval upcharge of 25% of standard pricing.

 

All sessions require a model release signed by the legal guardian of the subject.

 

All images remain the property of Dandelion Photography and are protected by US Copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution or use of images is strictly prohibited.

 

Dandelion Photography reserves the right to use child photography images, files, negatives, prints, and/or reproductions for display, publications, or other purposes.
